« Target Your PPC Campaign To Reach Local Customers   If You’ve Said “I Need Money Now”, Read On »

by Ann Armitage

Looks like everyone wishes for something for nothing. A trifle extra, an inducement, a freebee, whatever you might choose to call them.

It is a sad state of affairs that society has gotten to this point. Everyone wants, even expects something for nothing. We want the “free with purchase”, the BOGO, the bonus 60 for the price of 30 and so on. Of course, we are actually paying for what we think we are getting for free without being aware that we are. Did we really need that item? Would we have bought it at all if we did not get something extra? Probably not Clever marketing when you think about it.

The lamentable condition of the economy has sent immense numbers of people to the internet searching for a way to bring in some extra money. A few adopt a realistic approach, meaning that they have the common sense to see that cultivating a business or online programme from their house will call for dedication as well as a monetary and a time commitment. And they do not shy away. They take up the challenge and do not look for “hand outs”.

Others are attracted by the “something for nothing” offer. You know the ones…

“Join our team for free” Or “Start this business with no money”

Sounds hunky-dory, right? Hey, you will be able to have a home business without expending so much as a dime! False! In just about every example, you will need to open your wallet to upgrade or buy product so you are able to to take in any earnings whatsoever.

Think about it. Would McDonald’s or Starbucks give one of their franchises for nothing? NOT! Then why would it be any different in online business?

Then there are the online marketers who offer irresistible tidbits in their advertising. Things like “I will advertise for you”, “I will give you 1000’s of free leads”, “and “I will hold your hand and do all the work for you”. The toughest to turn down is “I guarantee your success”.

Everyone wants the biggest bang for their buck. I suppose that it is human nature. But if someone you do not know (and probably shouldn’t trust) starts offering you the moon think twice.

Especially when it comes to cash gifting. Cash gifting has become the most popular process for acquiring cash both online and offline. Bank shutdowns, people being stripped of their savings and the appalling state of the economic system have made cash very appealling to an always increasing number of folks. Gifting activities like Abundant Living and Epic Wealth which have exceedingly low-cost starter levels are flourishing.

So, a note for those deliberating on a gifting program it is all-important to know that offering an incentive in any way is entirely illegal. If you chance upon such an offering, run do not walk away. Not from the company necessarily but decidedly from that individual. These people are caught up with in time and kicked out of the activity.

You know what ‘they’ say…

“If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.”

Do your prepexplore any and all programs you might debate joining

Know what you are getting into before you jump

Do expect to put in some effort to succeed

Don’t expect to get something for nothing
